We guarantee that you will be satisfied with any product you bought from us.
IF IT IS DEFECTIVE
We will either credit you or replace the item without quibble.
Send us the details within 7 days of receipt (with photographs if possible) and we will give you return instruction.
IF IT IS INCORRECT (either your own fault or our fault)
Contact us within 7 days with the details and we will recommend the best course of action to give you satisfaction
IF IT NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED
Again, let us know the details within 7 days and we will discuss it with you so that you do get what you expected (or we credit/replace).
We want to keep you as a customer so will take all reasonable steps to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
The manufacturer’s warranty promises that all products will be delivered to you in excellent condition and will remain mechanically effective for many years providing the following conditions are met.
- All bird spikes will need to be installed as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Any claim for replacement spikes will need to be supported by proof of purchase, a sample of the damaged product and site photographs.
The area where the birds spikes were installed may need to be inspected by us.
Any claim will be limited to replacement of the defective spikes on a like for like basis only.
We will not be liable for any claims for accidental damage or any labour or access charges associated with installation of the original or replacement spikes.
We are not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from defective products.
