How do you prevent birds getting in to that gap between the roof tiles and the fascia?
If you block the gap with anything, then it will prevent ventilation of the loft area, and then you have another problem!

How do plastic spikes compare with stainless steel spikes?
They BOTH work just as efficiently in preventing birds nesting.
The only difference is in appearance (and price!) – some people prefer the slimmer profile of the steel.
HOWEVER the plastic spikes are UV treated so they don’t go brittle in the sun, AND come with a confidence-inspiring 15-year warranty
